Chaz Sandifer has been involved in health and wellness for the past 10 years.She went on to earn certifications as a group fitness instructor and as a Lifestyle Coach in Diabetes Prevention. Chaz started teaching free classes through the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB), and in building a clientele list, has coached over 150 women who are pre-diabetic and overweight. She now has numerous fitness classes, meal-prep courses, and a farmer’s market intact! Humbled and grateful, Chaz welcomes you to the theNEWmpls.
